Hi, I’m Stephanie Roumain.
My career has been built inside behavioral healthcare — more than fifteen years across residential, outpatient, structured sober living, and multi-site treatment organizations. From inside each of those roles, the same pattern surfaced: every team I worked with had significant but fixable issues holding them back from operating at their best.
The challenge was rarely seeing the problems. It was finding the time to address them. In treatment, the day moves fast — clinical needs come first, the next admission is already on the way, and the strategic work that would make tomorrow easier keeps slipping to next quarter.
I founded Gracepoint Advisory to be that work — the focused capacity to take on what executive teams don't have the bandwidth to address themselves. The work standing between an organization and its more efficient, more sustainable self.
Approach
Gracepoint was founded on the belief that operational excellence and clinical integrity strengthen each other. The strongest behavioral healthcare organizations are not the ones that choose between the two — they are the ones that build operational systems sturdy enough to let clinicians do their best work.
Engagements are specific to the problem, not to a methodology. Every recommendation is grounded in the realities of running the business — staffing models that hold up, documentation workflows that survive audit, financial reporting that supports decisions in real time. Practical, data-driven, and always anchored in the conditions that make exceptional care possible.

Gracepoint Advisory is founded and led by Stephanie Roumain, MS — a behavioral healthcare operator with more than ten years of senior leadership experience and a Master's in Healthcare Delivery complementing her operational background.
